Miami, U.S. – February 1, 2010 – Giroski Agro, international distributor of food products, animal feed and fertilizers, establishes a business alliance with an Argentinean consortium. This alliance will allow Giroski Agro to export products such as rice and vegetable oils from Argentinean origin to Venezuela; responding to the demand of the public and private sectors in the Venezuelan market.

“This agreement is very important to Giroski Agro, especially because of the increase in imports from Argentina to Venezuela in recent months,” said Amanda Delgado, International Business Manager. “Having products directly from Argentina to Venezuela gives us the opportunity to have greater market penetration and market share.”

The alliance with the Argentinean consortium will not only allow Giroski Agro to export products from Argentina to Venezuela, but also to export Condal brand processed products and Californian almonds from the United States to Argentina; thus, achieving company expansion through strategic partners.
